Q. How much does it cost to join?
A. It’s free to join.
Q. How old do I have to be to sign up?
A. You must be 13 or over to join.
Q. How can I sign up?
A. Simply log onto our website at www.metrotheatres.com from a desktop computer, smartphone or tablet. You click the M Rewards join now button and follow the prompts. At the box office, you can also sign up, but you will need to fully complete your registration online. Registration is not currently available at kiosk locations.
Q. What happens if I don’t complete my registration?
A. If you only sign up at the box office, you will earn points, but you won’t be able to use your rewards until you complete the registration process.
Q. Can I use M Rewards at any Metropolitan Theatre?
A. Yes, you can use it at any Metropolitan Theatre location.
Q. How do I earn points?
A. When purchasing tickets online, make sure that you are logged in to your membership account. If you are not logged in, you won’t earn points. At the box office and concessions, provide your phone number associated
with your account prior to purchase to earn points.
You will earn points on all qualifying purchases which include movie tickets, concession and bar service items. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the list of exemptions. On qualifying purchases, you will receive 10 points per $1 spent (pre-tax). Once you receive 1000 points, you will receive $5 in M Rewards in your account.

A. No, you can earn points on all qualified purchases.
Q. How do I get my rewards?
A. You can log into your account to see your points and rewards that are available.
Q. When will I see my points?
A. Points will be added nightly. Please allow up to 24 hours for points to appear.
Q. Do my points or rewards expire?
A. Points expire after 2 years. Reward dollars expire after 1 year. Popcorn rewards (sign up, anniversary, and other similar rewards) will expire after 90 days.
Q. What happens if I forgot to log into my account or forgot to give my membership at the theatre? Can I still get points?
A. We are unable to give points after a purchase if not signed in or information is not provided to the theatre/cashier at the time of purchase.
Q. Can I give someone else my points or rewards?
A. Points and rewards are non-transferable.
Q. How do I reset my password?
A. If you forgot your password, just click the reset/forgot password link on the M Rewards page at www.metrotheatres.com and you will be prompted to reset it.
Q. How do I get my registration and anniversary popcorn reward?
A. Rewards will appear in your account and will be visible to the cashier when you present your membership account information. Reminder, you must be fully registered to get your reward.
Q. Can I upgrade my free rewards popcorn?
A. Yes, the cashier will offer you an upgrade option at the time of redemption.
Q. How do I get a free refill on my large popcorn and/or soda?
A. Just provide your member phone number associated with your account at concessions to receive your free refill.
Q. Are there any limitations?
A. Yes, split payments with M Rewards dollars is not available on kiosks or for online ticket purchases. However, this will be changing, so please check back for updates.

Q. How do I change my email address for my membership?
A. To change your email address, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your current account information, so that we can locate your account in our system (full name, current email used or mobile phone), and include the new email address.
