TICKET REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Tickets are valid only for the film, theatre, showtime and date specified in your booking. Please ensure you select the correct theatre before purchasing your ticket.
Ticket refunds are only available prior to one hour before showtime. Please note that service and convenience fees for online & mobile purchases are non-refundable.
Submitting an email inquiry or leaving a phone message does not constitute as a refund request and will not be honored.
To get a refund for website purchases and mobile app (NEW APP ONLY), please use the REFUND NOW button* in the email booking confirmation received at the time of purchase. This option is only available on ticket purchases prior to one hour before showtime.
*Please note: if you purchase your tickets after one hour before showtime, there will not be a refund now button in your booking confirmation as refunds are only available prior to one hour before showtime.
If using the older moble app, the refund now button is not available. For a refund, please call or visit the theatre directly for a refund as refunds can only be done by the theatre. Refunds will only be done up until one hour before showtime.
Refunds and exchanges will not be provided after the showtime and date specified on the ticket. Please follow directions as noted above if a refund is requested.
