TICKET REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Tickets are valid only for the film, theatre, showtime and date specified. Please ensure you select the correct theatre before purchasing your ticket.
Ticket refunds are only available prior to one hour before showtime. Please note that service and convenience fees for online & mobile purchases are non-refundable.
To get a refund for website purchases, please use the REFUND NOW button in the email booking confirmation received at the time of purchase. This option is only available on ticket purchases prior to one hour before showtime.
For a moble app ticket purchase refund, please call or visit the theatre directly for a refund as refunds are done by the theatres. Refunds will only be done up until one hour before showtime. Currently, there is NO Refund Now option on mobile app ticket purchaes.
Refunds and exchanges will not be provided after the showtime and date specified on the ticket. Please follow directions if a refund is requested.
