THEATRE RENTALS GENERAL INFORMATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST:

• Rentals are NOT AVAILABLE for FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENINGS, so please do not submit a request.
• Buyouts: (required minimums by theatre): 
  • MetroLux San Clemente: 84 guest buyout
  • MetroLux 12 @ Centerra: 75 guest buyout
  • Santa Barbara/Goleta Theatres: 75 guest buyout
  • Metro Dine-In @ Downton Loveland: 76 guest buyout
• Rentals are subject to availability. We will contact you if we can accommodate your request.
• Not all movies are available for an advance screening. Only the current films playing at the rental theatre at the time of the rental are available for screening. Or you can provide a store bought DVD/blu-ray if preferred.
• Please note: For film festivals, if a projectionist is needed for your event, an additional fee will apply.  A projectionist is not provided in the rental cost, and is offered based on availability.
• If providing your own content, please click here for content requirements.
• Events needing additional staffing are subject to additional costs.
• NO outside food or drink is permitted, but we do sell concessions.
